Shiping Charges (AU Only)

  1. All orders under $100 in Australia incur a flat rate delivery fee of $10.
  2. Orders of $100 or more in Australia will receive FREE STANDARD DELIVERY.
  3. We do not currently offer express shipping. All orders are subject to standard delivery times.

Domestic Shipping (AU Only):

  • All standard orders will be processed and dispatched from our warehouse within approximately 3 business days.
  • If you receive your shipment confirmation email over the weekend, your order will not be dispatched until the following business day after which your tracking will be enabled.
  • Goods will be delivered on business days only. Dulhan Exclusives does not offer deliveries on weekends or public holidays.
  • Melbourne Metro deliveries will be sent with Australia Post. You will be able to track your order by entering the consignment number at https://auspost.com.au/track/track.html
  • Sydney Metro deliveries will be sent with Couriers Please. You will be able to track your order by entering the consignment number at https://www.couriersplease.com.au/Tools/Track
  • For PO Box Addresses or delivery to remote areas as determined by Toll, your order may be sent with Australia Post via their eParcel service. This service is slower than our normal delivery service and will be received in 7-10 business days of the dispatch date. You will be able to track your order by entering the consignment number at https://auspost.com.au/track/track.html
  • *Please note that during our sale/promotional events, the delivery may be longer than the specified delivery times above.
  • It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Dulhan Exclusives is unable to deliver to a Parcel Locker address.
  • If the wrong address has been entered, Dulhan Exclusives are not obligated to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.
  • Should a parcel be returned to us undelivered, Dulhan Exclusives will inform you of this and process a refund, deducting the shipping costs. You will then be notified to advise when the refund has been processed.

Lost or Damaged goods:

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact Dulhan Exclusives within 7 working days of dispatch with your order number so that we may assist you. We will need to raise a full investigation with our couriers which can take up to 2 weeks to confirm with them that you have not received your parcel.
